Pembridge Court Hotel Notting Hill

10.13 Pembridge Court Hotel, Notting Hill, London.

Yesterday, at 17.31, the third of three keys which direct our future slipped into place. (I have hesitated on making a daily report in the midst of this future-flux). Then, around 9.30 this morning, Diane called from World Central to say that the second key had fallen out.

The Big Three trained up to London yesterday: Diane & David to meet with Richard Chadwick & discuss JPJ's album, and your Diarist to check into the Pembridge Court for two days of interviews on behalf of "Cirkus". John Prescott, government minister, caught our train from Salisbury. But he was in first class.

Meanwhile, we have to discover / create the third key, and have 3 months to do so. I am wondering what new leap into the creative future is in store for us.

12.13 Declan the Hero & Tony from Virgin have just left. We recorded a "radio version" interview. The interviewee answers a series of self-referential questions which are put on CD and sent to radio stations. The radio presenter may / may not then ask the question which the answer appears to address.

16.30 Michael Fuchs-Gamboeck spent 3 hours on the tarmac in Germany, waiting for a replacement-part to the airplane. Arriving a little late, Michael has now left with 90 minutes of recorded Fripp droning on. I await the arrival of Sasha Sojanovik at 17.00.

Tomorrow morning it's Broadcasting House for Radio 4.
